Proper performance measurement requires a clear understanding of the results, achieved by analyzing processes and data that can be pretty large. A good way of implementation will be to ensure strategic meetings with stakeholders (Martins, 2020). These meetings help to give a picture of the company to other enterprises and the company itself to understand its advantages and disadvantages. This concept is quite effective due to the transparency of the analysis but may have pitfalls in the form of mismanagement or poor quality of the study of activities. In this way, regular qualitative analysis of the company’s operations helps to monitor activities closely and to find more accessible solutions in unexpected circumstances.

In principle, the company’s volatility in its activities negatively affects the perception of its customers (Cscheafer, 2018). This can be caused by incorrect supply and demand forecasting, leading to unnecessary production costs. Therefore, it is essential to ensure correct control over the quality and quantity of production. This is an effective method since proper forecasting is a way to reduce unnecessary costs. Still, sometimes even the most thorough analysis may not anticipate the situation, which is a downside. This way, the best possible planning can prevent adverse effects and increase the enterprise’s profitability.
Finally, good management and employee motivation are among the most critical parameters in business. Negligence towards production is also a moral killer affecting employees and customers (Jackson, n.d.). For a successful business, it is necessary to maintain good relations with colleagues in all spheres; therefore, quality management is the responsibility of the employees that affects this factor. It is effective because it establishes the correct contacts affecting production volume and quality. However, since relationships are a psychological factor, not everyone can be easily approached, which may limit effectiveness. Thus, the proper selection of employees motivated by good management is one of the keys to the enterprise’s success.
In conclusion, it should be said that ensuring the quality work of the enterprise is a labor-intensive process that requires the adoption of global decisions. To improve the performance of the pharmaceutical company in Canada, the selection of employees and the quality of management work, as well as the analysis of the company’s results, could be improved. Another critical factor is a proper production planning, which will be more profitable in reducing unnecessary costs.
