Health assessment of young adults is easier compared to other age groups because the physical body undergoes almost no change at this stage of life. Moreover, although emotional and social spheres are generally dynamic, they are nevertheless more stable than those of infants, children, or adolescents. Therefore, nursing assessment should primarily focus on the patients’ everyday habits and overall lifestyle as it can be the main determining factor of people’s well-being.
