Introduction
Public administration has recently been saturated with reactions to events that do not lead to any action. The USA needs to move to a model of action so that their concerns about any situation flow into a solution. The solution will consist of eliminating problems that could lead to the decline of the state and national well-being. A societal change in the quality of life is most likely to happen, and the public administration’s task is to strengthen socially significant development.
Discussion
All public administration actions must now be directed toward socially significant development. This will raise the population’s standard of living, bring the national idea to a new level and increase the commitment to providing benefits to society. The first challenge is directing the resources toward health care since, in post-COVID-19 times, there has been an exodus of medical personnel (Ansell et al., 2021). Moreover, the example of COVID-19 has shown that new measures are needed to prevent such significant epidemics, for which there are currently insufficient resources. Finally, a change is needed in the provision of health care: the insurance system is in crisis, and sums allocated to insurance can be reallocated to other areas. The second challenge is to improve education: it is still a privilege and even primary and secondary schooling is not available to all children. Public administration should strengthen support programs for people who find it difficult to provide education for their children and take on most of the costs (Ansell et al., 2021). It is in the state’s interest to stimulate the educational sector and increase the number of people willing to work for the good of their country.
Conclusion
Thus, public administration is now tasked with raising socially essential areas. Among these, education and health care play the most significant role since they contribute to strengthening communities, the economy, and the national idea. In health care, steps are needed to increase resources and staffing. Education strategies are needed to reach the child population with learning opportunities. These are probably the steps that can lead to long-term goals for national well-being.
