Introduction

Based on my previous work, I have experienced tremendous growth in my capacity as a special education teacher. I have grasped some critical concepts suitable for teaching, training, and administration of particular educational institutions. I have learned that special education in most schools has yet to be implemented because of several reasons. These include a lack of cultural understanding of why it is essential to meet the needs of exceptional learners, a lack of collaboration among the stakeholders, and racial discrimination and prejudice. As a teacher, I needed to address these issues by providing a good education program.

Vision, Mission, and Development of an Action Plan

The vision and mission of my proposed action plan are to provide an ideal working environment for exceptional learners. At all costs, there is a need for inclusivity and understanding of the needs of learners with disabilities. My mission statement has developed unique recommendations that will effectively address the potential challenges affecting learners. The above ideas will also be crucial in implementing the strategies necessary for progress.

As a result of the above challenges, I have developed a realistic and achievable action plan. I have developed the ability to introduce innovative educational principles in the classroom. Promoting learning among these individuals has further facilitated effective collaboration among teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders (Mónico et al., 2020).

Collaboration, Inclusivity, and Institutional Impact

The above cooperation has additionally created significant positive outcomes among the stakeholders. I have continued to work on reducing discrimination and promoting inclusivity for various special groups within the institution. My approaches to addressing these challenges have helped to reverse educational progress among minority groups and foster unity among members of the institution.

Resources, Training, and Commitment to Learner-Centered Practice

During this period, it is recommended to provide the right resources to teachers and the school. The facilities required in these contexts include human and fiscal resources. I have noted the need to utilize these items for regular training of teachers and other stakeholders. This trend will help them embrace the required interventions that should be used to care for special learners. Ultimately, I have come to realize the importance of reminding teachers to prioritize meeting students’ needs. These stakeholders must understand that they are key players in the overall molding and education of exceptional learners.

Conclusion

In a nutshell, the entire course was an essential episode of mastering the crucial concepts critical for improving learning for special education children. The period has acted as an eye-opener on the various basic issues that affect these people and how to address them to achieve better results. Therefore, stakeholders and other interested parties should utilize the above recommendations to promote quality education among learners with disabilities.
