Self-transcendence is a theory that is closely related to spirituality. It is considered a very complex character of the human personality, and each person may view it differently. In essence, self-transcendence means going beyond the individual, which means going beyond one’s personality and understanding that one is a small part of something larger. It is a complex phenomenon that synchronizes with the human perception of it as an integral part of the universe. Self-transcendence brings individuals what they call valuable experiences in which they transcend personal problems and see from a higher perspective. Experiences often bring strong positive emotions such as joy, peace, and a well-developed sense of awareness. Achieving self-realization is not an easy path, for it represents the highest stage of human development beyond self-realization.
The need to transcend oneself sustains new efforts for growth because there is always a service opportunity. It means that people must never give up their desire to learn more, accumulate wealth, serve more, and surpass our past successes. Self-transcendence allows people to build realistic plans for the future (Garland & Fredrickson, 2019). They will get these ideas for the plan, making it even harder for people to lose focus. In addition, the joy disadvantaged people appreciate in their efforts helps you move forward. It is not a constant, but it is clear that mastering self-promotion requires self-discipline and honesty. The fact that most colleges and other educational institutions have scholarship programs, usually funded by graduates who have used such assistance to achieve success in life, is self-fulfilling. The temporal transcendence of time refers to a person’s existence outside the concept of time, utterly immune to the influence of time and all things and phenomena of time caused by it. Since the human body exists outside of time, it does not expend energy, does not need food, sleep, or fatigue, and does not get sick or get sick. One person can experience engagement, connection, and discovery in predictable partner-scripted interactions (Kang, 2019). Staying in touch with each other is essential for everyone to achieve the desired results and maintain a good relationship. The results meet the expectations of each contact participant.
Good interpersonal relationships are a valuable resource that promotes physical and mental health, interpersonal self-transcendence, and meaningfulness. Approaches and methods for building confidence and motivation must be improved. Appropriate educational programs should be used to develop skills for interacting with oneself. It includes appreciating and securing self-transcendence and the meaning of life in the perceived person. Evaluated.
