The project proposal, for the implementation of a new hiring process, is to be adopted by Resolute Energy Corporation. This would involve restructuring the recruitment procedures of the respective personnel positions in the organizational structure of the company (Kerzner, 2010).
Resolute Energy Corporation primary objective is to acquire and operate large scale oil and gas properties, with particular focus on oil. Hence, a hiring process that will ensure that competent individuals are recruited to fill the respective vacant positions in the company is quite necessary. The various employment positions as illustrated in the organizational structure of such a company required the persons to occupy those positions to have a certain level of qualification, skills and experience for them to serve effectively. Consequently, the effective implementation of a new hiring process that will ensure proper vetting of candidates during a recruitment process is of great significance (Kerzner, 2010).
