There are a lot of examples when parents choose a sexual reassignment surgery for the infant and as a result a child changes gender identity during the life (Pearson). One of the main reasons why it happens is the nature. Being treated in one or another way, the organism lives its own life. The biology influences psychology, therefore, being chosen the wrong gender many people cannot lead normal lives, they feel that there is something wrong with their organisms.
As a result, many surgeons are held to return people the gender sex organs they feel are more convenient for them. Therefore, this is the main reason why I believe that sexual reassignment surgery should be provided in the consenting age. Gender is the biological identity and parents are unable to know which signs, either male or female, a person is going to develop. Parental choice is based on their desire and preposition, while children are going to live based on their inner feelings.
Choosing the gender of intersex children, parents make those dependent on their choice. Practical experience and scientific research should help parents make a decision in favor of waiting when a child grow up to see which signs are predominant in their organism and on the basis of those signs the decision of gender identity should be made. Growing up with wrong sex organs, children feel that there is something wrong, they feel that they live in a strange body. Only waiting for children to reach consenting age may help solve the problem.
