This is possible through the introduction of essential features that not only need to be incorporated into the system but also to continually improve their performance and quality (Miller, 2022). This also applies to the field of health care because it has constant interaction with other people. In addition, in many ways, the lives of other people depend on doctors and staff.

The four perspectives of interest are finances, customers, internal business processes, and learning and growth processes, as shown in Figure 1 below. The main areas that need to be improved and implemented include quality equipment, experienced staff, improved facilities, and a PR campaign. All these aspects are fundamental when improving your private clinic, and it is possible to formulate new development strategies and create a plan, following which any healthcare company will be able to achieve significant success. The main ways in which quality will be improved are the purchase of the necessary equipment, the transfer of older trainees, the introduction of mentor training, as well as an increase in salaries. It is also important to use the improvement of patient rooms, create resting rooms for the medical staff, highlight the main events in the hospital, and maintain the image of one of the best medical facilities.

First of all, it is necessary to take into account the patients who come to the institution for help. They are not only an important asset, but they are also, first and foremost, people. Therefore, when developing your strategy, one needs to focus on patient care and patient comfort. To this end, it is necessary to spend most of the funding on the purchase of equipment with which to improve the quality of treatment and patient care. In addition, old equipment can also be put to good use, either by selling it or by providing training for new employees. As for physicians who are new to the practice, it is just as vital for them to get used to the process of working in their new place and becoming helpful in the short term. Unfortunately, it is difficult to find doctors on the job market who are more qualified than medical school graduates. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on creating their own employees who meet all the required qualities.

To this end, it is vital to introduce mentor training for apprentices in the development plan, as well as increased salaries for new doctors. This will not only help train new employees at a high level but also attract those doctors who have experience in their field, which will significantly increase the possibility of saving patients’ lives and build the reputation of one of the best clinics. A PR campaign can also be developed, building on the opportunities for improvement that have already been suggested. It is crucial to present every innovation, as well as to maintain the image of one of the most stable hospitals.

Based on these methods, it can be concluded that each of these aspects needs significant improvement. This will help to improve the way the staff works, allow patients to be more open to the treatment process, and create one of the best clinics. This is not to say that implementing these features will make you the best at what you do. It’s also important to keep in mind that all of these aspects need to be maintained in a functional state and should be developed in the future in order to match all the needed requirements.
