The Goals and Objectives
My goal for Babies Blanket Child Care and Parent Resource Center involves providing secure childcare services with a better foundation on childhood education experience and generating approximately five million USD in the following five years. The main short-term goal involves reaching a breakeven stage within the first eight operation months. Long-term goals assist with working backward to create a roadmap (Webb, 2021). For the former, I will use time as a metric and implement various technologies, measuring the number of visitors and identifying the number of content downloads.
Key Components of the Environmental Analysis
For the short-term goal, I will reach the breakeven period, collaborate with parents, and help them with their children’s needs. They will be measured by quantifying the number of downloads on the business site and its visitors. The latter is a sign of the flourishing nature of the business. The strengths of this business lie in the fact that this area constantly expands and depends on population and external problems (Hussin et al., 2019). The weak side lies in the issues of competition in the market, which is relatively well-developed. Opportunities for this area are vast, although they have certain limitations in long-term development.
Target Market and Positioning
The main threat to this business is new innovative approaches and wide competition in the field. Target market segmentation is crucial to identify the prospective market for the organization. The Babies Blanket Child Care and Parent Resource Center will focus on young children ages three months to five years. The market category will also include parents who commute to work every day and employed professionals. Without effective branding tactics, a business’s marketing plan is insufficient. Effective identification of the company name, logo design, corporate motto, and positioning statement are all part of The Babies Blanket Child Care and Parent Resource Center’s branding initiatives.
