The article is devoted to the analysis of the results of the biomedical research carried out in Lebanon and the United Arab Emirates (Bissar-Tadmouri & Tdmouri, 2009). The closing paragraph enlightens the problem of the cost-effectiveness of the stated health care program. Founding upon the results of the research, the authors claim that successful biometrical research requires the presence of well-developed global networks. The analysis has shown that this system needs a proper reformation. Although the improvement of network system is apt to demand extra expanses from the UAE, the scientists are firmly convinced that this development will be highly beneficial for Arabic international links. According to the authors’ opinion, the investment in biomedical science will be compensated by the favorable outcomes of the carried out researches. Therefore the authors regard biomedical researches as a cost-benefit measure that can influence positively the health care system of the regions mentioned above.
