Essentially, cultural intelligence infers to the ability of the professional to execute their duties remarkably in varying cultural contexts. Thus, adopting cultural intelligence as a personal responsibility is vital for professional growth in the culturally diverse organizational atmospheres.

Thus, for professional growth and development to occur, the individual needs to eradicate any issues that undermine harmonious interactions in their professional undertakings.
