The project Eye-to-Eye is a unique and important program that allows to study the psychology of people with such problems as ADHD and LD and reveal the causes and solutions to people who are suffering from these issues. According to Mooney and Cole (2000), individuals underestimate learning problems and they do not understand that some people with such disorders as ADHD do not have a chance to study at universities and expand their knowledge in diverse spheres. It is crucial to control children and mention the first symptoms like the inability to read or speak quickly as the problems can be treated in the early stages of their development.

People with LD or ADHD need more time to develop different skills and some of them give up in the middle of the process due to a low level of motivation. The Eye-to-Eye project has a simple construction that helps to detect college students with common types of disorders and define the key methods that may increase motivation in young people. The project is supported by multiple medical professionals who are supporting the idea of the program, and participation in this start-up may help to get more knowledge in this sphere of study.

Students are observed in the natural environment at colleges for several hours a day without a specific pressure that might make them nervous. By evaluating a specific list of principles, the success is realistic, and the chance to make breakthroughs in these areas increases. The new disorder might be detected, and the medical industry may become able to cure more people from these issues. In conclusion, the importance of the project is significant as people can share their thoughts regarding the main topic and make breakthroughs in the study.
