Today, the question of affirmative action is one of the most controversial points for discussing by the public with references to such spheres as employment and education. There are opposite visions of this issue that is why the topic of the research is the necessity to change the affirmative action laws. The currency of the topic about the necessity, possibilities, and advantages of changing the affirmative action laws is based on such reasons as the importance of exploring the public’s views on the problem and on the discussion of the possibilities for improving the affirmative action laws. To make the affirmative action laws work for the people’s benefits and resolve the conflict of opinions on the question, it is necessary to provide some changes to the current laws associated with affirmative action.
