Medical management in the USA is the application of a set of special principles, approaches, methods, and management tools of healthcare organizations aimed at improving the quality of healthcare. This is due to the achievement of improving the quality of life of the population as a whole and increasing the availability of medical care. In addition, healthcare management improves patient care quality by achieving social harmony associated with the realization of a citizen’s right to quality medical care. U.S. healthcare management has a positive impact on health outcomes (Naylor, 2018). Thanks to effective management, when patients recover quickly, they have an increased chance of recovering faster after the disease and living longer. Moreover, positive health outcomes are associated with a reduction in medical errors due to effective management.
A potential health care reform solution to improve effectiveness in the area of management may be to simplify difficult licensing requirements. Outdated standards for equipping medical offices should also be reviewed. The effect of working with medical management standards will be to create more time for staff to work directly with patients. By reducing the need to work with documentation, the manager will be able to shift the focus directly to managing the team, rather than creating reports (Naylor, 2018). The effect of health care reform on the U.S. healthcare system will allow the medicine to become more personality-oriented. If managers are less burdened with paperwork, they will be able to better regulate and evaluate the health outcomes of patients. The respectful stakeholders for this change in the management of U.S. healthcare will be the Ministry of Health at the global level and the manager of each specific medical institution at the local level.
