The law of delict is a sphere that includes a range of measures helping to ensure people’s safety and make the person who has committed an inappropriate act recoup for losses. With reference to the law of delict, it can be stated that practices connected with it can be different in countries where people live in accordance with cultural values that are distinct from each other.
What is more, it needs to be said that this branch of law is strictly connected with norms of society that can be changing in different countries and this fact is especially important in the context of adultery.
