Online Assessment tools
Different tools can be used to facilitate online life coaching strategies. They include The Big Book of Personality Test, The Stress Evaluation Profile, and New Personality Self- Portrait among other strategies (Philips, 2012). Good life coaching utilizes diverse tools that are interesting to the client. To implement an effective life-coaching program, continuous monitoring is imperative. Assessment areas in a life-coaching program may include the body, health, self-perception, character traits, relationships, career, spirituality, education among others (Philips, 2012). With reference to the above-mentioned areas of assessment, one needs to know his or her current state, his/her ideal situation, and the impediment of achieving an ideal life.
Stress evaluation
Stress Evaluation is the ideal tool for an effective online life-coaching program. Stress Evaluation allows the client to express their thoughts and feelings hence enhancing privacy. Online Stress Evaluation tests are designed for private use and are offered on most of the life coaching websites on the internet. This creates an interactive program between the client and the coach in a personalized manner. Through Stress Evaluation, the client gets to learn and gain coaching exercises on issues like self-awareness among others (Porché & Niederer, 2001). Journals are effective because they restore focus and influence an individual to reach his/her goals quickly (Porché & Niederer, 2001).
Personality Self-Portrait
Personality Self-Portrait seeks to help the client to close the gap between where he/she is and where he/she wants to be (Babers, 2009). It is important to set goals and improve how one views him/herself. Personality Self-Portrait is very efficient in helping individuals to appreciate and love themselves. This helps the client to create self-worth and have a positive attitude towards their lives.
The Big Book of Personality
The Big Book of Personality Test has also proven to work effectively. This tool helps the clients to take action and control their destiny. It contains many tests that help the client to take action and bear responsibility for their development. It allows coaches to set assignments that are relevant to an individual’s goals and which are specific and measurable (Grant, & Green, 2003). The aim of such an undertaking is to enhance accountability and the resilience to follow through on given commitments (Grant, & Green, 2003). It also helps an individual to reach his/her goals quickly.

Assessment forms
The most important stage in online life coaching is helping the client to get from where he or she is to where he/she wants to be (Grant, & Green, 2003). At this stage, assessment forms are vital. They help the coach to plan and design the areas of life coaching that need to be assessed. Assessment forms are used to guide the coach in setting up a coaching program for an individual. This provides the coach with an insight into the client’s life, values, and priorities (Grant, & Green, 2003). Most importantly, the assessment will help the coach to identify the areas where an individual is experiencing challenges, the nature of his/her obstacles, and the opportunities in his/her pathway (Grant, & Green, 2003).
Findings
Just like life coaching, online coaching crates a real interaction. The only difference is that everything is done online rather than on physically scheduled meetings and appointments (O’Connor & Lages, 2007). Online coaching is one of the changing trends influenced by global technological advancements. Platforms such as Skype have effectively been used to deliver life coaching services successfully.
