Introduction
The Virginia Henderson Model, also known as the Henderson Model, is one of the most widely used models in nursing practice. Critique

However, in practice, nurses often face limited resources and may not always be able to meet all the patient’s needs.
Despite its shortcomings, the Virginia Henderson Model has its place in nursing practice, education, and research. It provides nurses with a universal framework for patient-centered care, independent of age or health conditions. The model can also be used to develop nursing care plans and evaluate the outcomes of care.
