The administration of justice organizations is of particular importance to study. It can provide helpful knowledge for understanding the legal system of the state and how this aspect affects the development of the country and society. The central bodies of administrative law enforcement are law enforcement agencies, courts, and correctional institutions. All of them have the same severe significance and function in interconnection. Specialists such as police officers, doctors, lawyers, investigators and security are involved in this field of activity. This fact also contributes to strengthening the position of this industry. Moreover, administrative justice organizations should consider such postulates of the Bible as the preservation of fair treatment and the principle of impartiality.

Administration of Justice Organizations

Administrative justice organizations have a severe role in the sphere of the country’s legislation. This branch of law includes various components, such as government agencies and officials. These organizations constantly comply with due process of law when making administrative decisions or measures. The study of these organizations can provide valuable insight into the entire system of functioning of legislation and law. Moreover, areas for improvement and making some changes can be identified. They are valuable agents on the way to maintaining the democratic charter and contributing to the formation of justified and reasonable decisions.

Administrative justice organizations include three main aspects such as law enforcement agencies, courts, and correctional institutions. These professions provide excellent employment opportunities for those people who are interested in maintaining justice and protecting the rights of people in the country. In addition to the previously mentioned, such specialists also work in this field, conducting such procedures as probation, forensic examination, investigation, security, and providing legal services. It is also necessary to point out that all components work in connection with each other to prevent and punish deviant behavior.

Law Enforcement

Law Enforcement is the most important and most widely known part of administrative, legal organizations. It includes representatives such as the police, who are often the first contact of the criminal with the criminal justice system (Hyland, 2019). Thus, this body is engaged in the preservation and protection of human rights. It patrols specially designated areas and territories to help prevent crimes, investigate cases of attempts on human rights, and arrests those who decide to commit this violation.

Courts System

The following administrative organization of justice is the representatives of the judicial system. This branch consists of specialists such as lawyers, judges, jurors, and other support staff. After being imprisoned for neglecting human rights, the guilt or innocence of the suspect is determined in court (Colonnello & Herpfer, 2021). The court also protects all participants in the process, giving each of them the opportunity to defend their rights with the help of lawyers and defenders (Nilsson, 2018). If the convict is found guilty, then a particular sentence or punishment is assigned to this person, depending on the committed action.

Corrections System

The last but no less important component of the organization of the administrative, legal system is the system of correctional institutions. This component includes all forms of sentencing and punishment of those who violated the rights of people. The most serious of them is imprisonment in particular institutions, and the most insignificant may be the imposition of a fine or probation. A convicted criminal is under the jurisdiction of the correctional system until his complete sentence is served or commuted.

Administrative legal organizations are in close correlation with the Christian faith and the Bible. Thus, the biblical teaching emphasizes that every city should have a judge and other officials in every city to protect the inhabitants (Deuteronomy 16:18-20). In addition, the Christian faith highlights the fact that all people should be fair and not be biased in their judgments. Thus, a person must be fair and just towards others to ensure harmony and peace.
