The interdependent relationship between the government and businesses leads to changes in economy and market. Economic stability is largely linked to the governmental institutions, in connection with the society and public demands. A business setting or functions of an organization involve an intricate cooperation between the government, society and the company, moving the economy in cities and pre-setting future governmental actions.
Many aspects depend on how the market views the businesses with the linkage to the government and how it is being treated in the economic setting. One of the key aspects of any business is to be able to interest the government, public or society in the products or services that are being offered to people and organizations.

Because the relationship of “city-regions”, localities, urban areas, cities and provinces is so important, it would be crucial to adjust the policies and regulations to be somewhat universal, for an easier and more beneficial exchange.
David Wolfe stresses that as scientific research is moving forward and new ideas come into existence, creation of new technologies leads to more opportunities for the economy to flourish. The talent of people through great diversity makes the society and culture a unique setting for positive outcomes. Immigration is mentioned as another contributing factor that brings in specific cultural preferences and ideas to the already multicultural population.
People thus become the most important aspect in the changing economy. Because the government understands this fact, it is trying to create better conditions and economic development within the different regions of Canada. The policies that are being made directly affect the organizations, either giving them room to act or limiting the future possibilities. Because the business world is a developing and ever-growing aspect of everyday life, influencing the general public, as well as individuals, the laws should be changed accordingly. Something that is acceptable in one country will be seen as impolite in another. A slow and step by step approach must be taken with such cultures. Prior research will make the outcome more productive. Thus, even the government should make sure that specifics of a region are known, so that proper procedures and policies are implemented.
Also, the government should allow people to contribute to the economy and set up conditions beneficial for entrepreneurial activity. An aggressive approach makes the entrepreneur stand out in a market filled with ideas and as previously mentioned, diversity will add to society through unique understanding of traditions and customs.
Even though there is a chance that the product or service will not be popular and all the money invested will be lost, it should still be wanted by people and government. In this case, the government could create better loaning procedure or safety nets for those who want to invest or open a new business. The government’s responsiveness greatly relates to a well established and supportive communication between society and the business, as a result benefiting the economy.
An important role in sustaining and developing economy depends on the management decisions and the actions that are taken in relation to the spending and distribution of the finances and resources. The government must enforce and promote strategies that are used in finding the most beneficial and cost effective way of doing business. It is the most responsible, as well as environmentally friendly decision. It must be as efficient as possible, to gain the most financial resources.
It encompasses the disposal of waste products, usage of new technologies and the general organization of the company or business matters. The constant development and bettering of products and services, will certainly lead to a positive outcome, so the policy makers should adjust to the changing market and economy, as well as the demands of the society.
It is very important because the success and future of the business depends on it. As David Wolfe specified, diversity plays a great role in the economy. The corporations function in a multicultural world where people take their beliefs very seriously and are guided by social and traditional rules. A question that can be raised is: How can people and the government trust one another, if there is sometimes full absence of morality and ethical behavior? The moral laws and justice are based on equality, honesty, freedom and liberty of a person, they are the same for everyone and the adherence to the said laws must be accomplished through all possible avenues, even if it is inconvenient and detrimental to anyone in charge.
The system where large corporations can pay off fines after deceiving the public, will not better the relationship between the government and people who rely on fair and just society. The general laws and rules of governance must be based on the benefit for the majority of people, which in turn will make a strong and self-efficient economy. The reason that governments exist, is for the sole purpose of providing the best possible living conditions for people.
Any type of governance that is unable to accomplish moral and ethical ruling must be taken off the position of that power. But the society also has a direct responsibility towards itself and the government. People must understand the interdependence of the system and do anything possible to contribute to the economy and well being of the nation.
As previously discussed, industrialization has brought about a significant change to the lives of nations, individuals and the public. Industrial globalization has led to all countries cooperating for mutual and own benefit, so new technologies have become a great part of any nation. Even though the advantages of technology greatly outweigh the disadvantages, there are now, many more ways to abuse the information that can be instrumental to the success of nations.
The laws that are being made and governments must carefully monitor the innovations that come into existence, as there are many people who will take advantage of the developed nations. It is clear that as a result, governments and businesses are forming alliances, cooperating in the common fight against crime and moving towards prosperity and future possibilities. This will also have great consequences in solving the division between classes and strengthening certain regions of the nation.
Through uniting and forming ventures, smaller businesses, government and people will have a better chance to succeed, thus strengthening the economy, merging the gap between classes and creating a stable and unified world. Right now the division between property and people is very evident.
Even though the politics and the economy think of a person as an entity in and of itself, in relation to property and ownership, the work and the effort that someone puts in towards the said economy has become government’s property. Things were much simpler when the society was not as complex, as it is today, so it the responsibly of the government to create best conditions for people to become successful.
The relationship between the government, how people view their rulers and conduction of business is evident from all angles. Both politicians and people are beginning to understand that the only way to continue into the future is through cooperation and mutual respect and support.
The economy depends on individuals, businesses they run, society and the government, so the law makers, corporations and society must make sure that there are always laws and regulations that preserve and protect nature and people.
