When I saw the video, I was impressed how effectively Martin Luther King was able to show the history of his community. He could explain what was happening to the African Americans of that times and how its was affecting the lives of millions of people in the country. Specifically, I like the part where he said his dreams. It demonstrates the sorrow of people who were segregated for the hundred years and makes you feel angry about injustice. It was said that he dreamt that his children will not be judged by their skin color but by their personal qualities. This part reminds me the recent case of racial discrimination that led to the Black Lives Matter protests. Even so people in the U.S. have reached equal rights, still there are vestiges of the past that affect the African Americans. It is hard to believe that in the modern world, people still treat others by their racial, ethnic, or social difference. However, I truly believe that dreams of Martin Luther King and his people will come true totally.
