An advertising campaign is one of the most important keys to the success of any brand. Without a catchy ad or phrase during a product demonstration, the product will be much less popular and in demand in the marketplace. Many people underestimate the power of an advertising campaign because it is often intrusive, but it is when choosing a product that people are unfamiliar with what they often remember what they have recently seen or heard about the product in question. Therefore, advertising signs or slogans should not work in the way that many people imagine. They remain in the memory, suggesting which product to look at when choosing. This is the difference between simple products and those of a PR company, such as Apple.
Apple was able to revolutionize the world of advertising by showing what a quality ad for a severe product could look like with its “1984” ad, which came out the same year. It was a play on words, using the name of the successful and world-famous novel of the same name. The company was able to bring the Orwellian story to life, ending the presentation with “Meet the Macintosh, the computer that shows you how the real 1984 is different from the fictional 1984” (History, 2012). It was with this slogan that the company was able to become famous and gain a foothold in the minds of people who wanted to buy a personal computer. The staging of the frame, as well as the product itself, were greeted with enthusiasm by critics, as it was evident how much titanic effort had gone into its creation. At the present time, the company Apple is rapidly developing, releasing new products that are very popular. In many ways, this can be called the merit of the very advertisement, created more than 30 years ago and which many people look up to.
