Introduction
With growth, people receive more responsibilities and can spend less time on cooking and healthy eating. The problem is becoming massive when it comes to becoming a parent. I have experienced times when many tasks and daily routines did not provide me enough time to remember about eating. After long-lasting struggles, I found a solution and want to share my journey to balance activities and eating.
Time-Management
I believe that time-management skill development should not be neglected as the proper spread of tasks can provide a clear understanding when there is free time for cooking. Every minute between studying, working, and writing assignments matters, and this time can be spread effectively to maintain motivation and eat healthy. I quickly use special smartphone applications to plan activities and understand my weekly schedules. On the edge of computing, VR and AR can help people make their lives easier, and individuals should consider using the latest technology to stay on top of the trend (Liu et al., 2020). With structure in the head, it will become easier to say “no” and prioritize tasks correctly. Expanding this skill may make me a better role model for my children.
Support from the Surrounding
It is essential to avoid doing everything alone and taking on too many responsibilities. Family, friends, and colleagues at work or college are the community’s main participants influencing the human mind. Most people are happy to help and support regardless of the problem. Nevertheless, it is crucial to understand the limits and personal barriers to maintaining positive relationships with the surroundings. Emotional and physical support becomes available, and others may share valuable insights. Asking for help should not be a sign of weakness but express the strength of the individual. Therefore, more time might be left to prepare healthy meals in this case.
Importance of self-care
Even though there might be too many tasks and life remains overwhelming, it is important to remember self-care. Healthy eating is not an exception in this aspect, but motivation can only be supported when there is enough work-life balance and rest. The gaps between tasks should be filled with relaxation activities like scrolling the Instagram field or watching YouTube. Consequently, well-being can be increased by doing yoga, reading books, and eating healthy.
Therapies
Lack of balance between work and rest may cause depressive conditions, which cannot be resolved without the help of a professional. Consequently, several therapeutic sessions may allow us to find the roots of the issues and explain why junk food negatively influences general life performance. Speaking about the problems may make it easier to understand the main concerns and become more open to the world. Psychology sessions became the number one strategy for dealing with poor healthy eating, and I have been working with an expert who is acknowledged in this sphere. Therefore, most issues can be solved with proper support by understanding them in more depth.

Becoming an adult requires many responsibilities and ensuring the mental condition stays stable. By introducing effective time management and positive communication with the surrounding people, it might become easier to ensure that such crucial parts as eating do not harm health.
