Business Plan
This project aims to develop a smartphone app that lets users order groceries online and have them delivered right to their homes. There has been a considerable movement toward online shopping, where customers can buy food without visiting a store via the app (Vezir Oğuz, 2018). This project seeks to create an app that will give a smooth online grocery shopping experience with a user-friendly UI, allowing users to shop and make safe payments effortlessly.
Objectives and Product and Project Scope
One of the primary goals of this project is to create a mobile application that delivers a smooth online grocery buying experience. By providing easy grocery delivery services, the app will boost consumer happiness. Additionally, growing the firm to reach more clients will increase income. Finally, the enterprise intends to build a brand in online grocery delivery.
Customers can easily explore and purchase goods thanks to the advantages offered by the mobile app. These features consist of a user-friendly interface for simple product selection and navigation. It includes the ability to browse through a large selection of grocery products, a shopping cart for adding and reviewing items, secure transactions, order tracking, delivery updates, and a system for customer feedback.
WBS and WBS Code
The project has six main components, as illustrated in Table 1 below. The first component is project initiation, which includes establishing the project scope and goals, doing market research and analysis, and identifying stakeholders (Hikmat Khan AbdulMalik & Yousif, 2021). The second component is project planning, which includes developing the project schedule and budget and defining team roles and responsibilities.
The third component is product design and development, which involves creating wireframes and prototypes and developing app design and functionality. The fourth component is quality assurance and testing, including developing a test plan and cases and conducting app testing. The fifth component is app launch and deployment, which involves deploying the app to app stores and launching marketing campaigns. The final component is project closure, which consists of evaluating and archiving project documentation.
Schedule

Cost Management Plan
This is an essential aspect of the project management process that focuses on completing the project within budget constraints. The project team will perform a rigorous cost-estimating procedure to establish the project’s overall cost. I will then create a cost budgeting strategy to distribute cash for the various project tasks. The cost-cutting plan will keep track of project expenditures and guarantee that they stay within the budget.
Quality and Resource Management Plan
An essential component of the project management process that concentrates on making sure that the project deliverables meet the defined quality demands is the project quality management plan. I will construct a quality planning process to build the quality requirements for the project deliverables (Vezir Ouz, 2018). The quality assurance plan will ensure that the project deliverables meet the standards for quality that I have set. The project resource management strategy ensures I have the necessary resources to accomplish the project within the schedule and budget constraints.
Communication and Procurement
The project’s communication management strategy aims to inform stakeholders of project progress and changes that may impact them. This involves creating a communication plan that meets each stakeholder group’s communication needs and using the best communication methods to ensure stakeholders are updated. The procurement management strategy ensures the project acquires necessary products and services from external vendors within schedule and budget constraints. This involves creating a procurement planning process to facilitate the procurement process.
Risk and Stakeholder
A risk management strategy aims to detect, assess, and mitigate risks that may threaten the project’s goals. This involves applying risk management practices such as risk identification, analysis, reduction, and monitoring. I will create a risk management strategy that outlines the specific methods and processes for managing project risks. To satisfy stakeholders’ needs and expectations, the project stakeholder management approach identifies and involves them. This entails adopting a stakeholder identification process, a stakeholder engagement plan, and routine evaluation and strategy updates to ensure the strategy’s efficacy.
