Nature of the Research

Conducting a study on the subject of management is a challenging task that requires a detailed analysis of the factors involved, including both the company-induced and the ones that are predetermined by the extraneous factors, such as the factors related to the economy of a particular market, the political atmosphere thereof, and the societal norms. The factors above determine the nature of a study to a considerable extent.

The research to be carried out can be defined as mixed since both quantitative and qualitative data will be required to answer the primary questions. Moreover, it is essential to point out that the paper will be primarily field-oriented as it will test the actual application of management theories, in general, and talent management approaches, in particular, to the realm of multicultural companies’ management.

A closer look at the research under analysis will reveal that it will also focus on the specifics of intercultural relationships in the environment of Qatari companies with high diversity rates. The fact that high diversity rates do not necessarily trigger an immediate spur in the cross-cultural communication process should be viewed as the foundational problem that lies at the core of the research.

Impact on the Researcher’s DBA

Although it would be wrong to claim that the specified paper will reinvent the current Qatar industry with its revelations would be quite a stretch, it is still expected that the solutions outlined for diverse companies and their managers will help address the contemporary talent management concerns. Therefore, the study under analysis is likely to have a direct and a very strong effect on the DBA of its author. To be more exact, the information discovered in the course of the study, as well as the strategies created in the process, is likely to shape my vision of the very process of HR management in the context of multicultural companies.

In other words, the study will inform my further management approach, making me focus on the significance of making the staff’s concept of multiculturalism and diversity compatible with the company’s standards of cross-cultural communication. As a result, the incorporation of the corresponding tools into the array used by a DBA expert will permit a significant increase in the professional competencies.

More importantly, the study will show quite graphically that, to remain relevant in the contemporary business world, in general, and the environment of management, in particular, one will have to evolve consistently. Hence, the outcomes of the study are likely to spark a DBA expert’s lifelong learning process.

DBA and Innovation

Last but definitely not least, the issue of innovation and its connection to the DBA competencies need to be brought up. As it has been stressed above, the research is supposed to prove the significance of an unceasing learning process for a DBA specialist. Consequently, the necessity to introduce innovative approaches and appreciate innovation, in general, will be made obvious to the general audience. The study, therefore, will shed light on the use of innovations in management.
