Dear sir,
Hello sir; it is with great concern I write to you to inform you of some key communication challenges I have observed in the company. On behalf of the operational department of the company, it is evident to me that the organization has three main problems. These issues include linguistic challenges, poor customer care replies, and a disconnect between internal and external information (Erlangga & 2020). As the operation manager, I have some solutions I could like to let you know for consideration.
The company’s relationship with the clients is deteriorating due to the failure of the organization to give feedback to our esteemed customers. Most of the messages and requests sent by the target frequenters have remained unseen. This problem is affecting our relationship with the market and limiting our expansion and improvement of services. Linguistic challenge has compromised effective communication in the company. Employees and managers do not pass details effectively due to their linguistic backgrounds. This is mainly due to the organization maintaining its linguistic diversity. The issue of internal and external information disconnect has led to a chaotic environment. Information within the organization and the outside should be similar. The details shared with the outside persons should be coordinated with what is spread out.
Possible solutions that can be implemented to solve the identified challenges include the activation of customer care. The organization should establish a proactive team to give feedback to clients. The company should select one dominant language as the sole instruction channel to solve linguistic challenges (Erlangga & 2020). Adopting nonverbal communication can also help solve the problem on some occasions. Establishing an online portal where information can be posted and accessed by both the internal and external parties of the company will help manage the disconnect between the internal and external environment.
