Abstract

The main values are related to the vitality of equality and democracy in society. Consequently, the goals aim towards the enhancement of the social and transportation infrastructure and offering equal opportunities in service availability. The main recommendations are related to the ranking of the necessities, sufficient budgeting, and establishing partnerships.
