The target community’s leading cultural and economic groups are women of different races and economic statuses. The community aims to provide equal assistance to all women who experience violence or discrimination. At the same time, no separate special groups require help more than others, which corresponds to the principle of equality that protects the community. Own cultural history can be an advantage in some cases. Such cases can arise when organizations involved in supporting specific groups of the population prioritize assistance. At the same time, the cultural affiliation will not be an obstacle to working with any kind of cultural group since, in such cases, the determining factor is individuals’ tolerance. People who are prone to aggressive actions will confront most cultural groups.
Cultural competence can be enhanced by raising awareness of cultural differences and learning about their characteristics. Thus, by studying the cultural components of various countries and peoples, one can significantly increase awareness of this matter. Cultural competence can be practiced by working with representatives of different groups (Kaihlanen et al. 2019). This way, it is possible to achieve increased skills in achieving diversity in managed organizations. Cultural competence can also be ensured by involving people with different cultural backgrounds in the community. This will allow the community to competently and competently assist representatives of all cultural groups.
Bridging the gaps between cultural groups is also possible through working with people all over the planet. In this way, the community will be able to analyze the different behavior patterns and traditions of people from other cultures. When working with different groups, it can be intimidating that some cultures and their characteristics will be unknown to the community when starting work with them. Thus it challenges and provides a rationale for raising awareness of different peoples and races. What needs are observed in different cultural groups is an excellent example of what can be studied for further work with them.
When organizing a community, there may be an ethical problem associated with insufficient personnel diversity. This can lead to staff being less able to understand the needs and characteristics of different groups in society. The situation can be remedied by applying ethical frameworks such as workplace diversity practices and workshops to raise awareness of cultural differences. In this way, the harmonious development of employees and the enhancement of their capabilities can be achieved.
