User Journey Map: Suitability for the Tabtouch App
Persona One
Persona One is suitable for using the Tabtouch App for a number of reasons. First, her young age correlates with spending a considerable amount of time on the phone, allowing her to use the app more. Secondly, her computer and programming experience will aid her in understanding the interface and following the instructions present in the app (McCracken et al., 2019). Thirdly, she is a student in need of additional income, both for completing her studies and for additional purchases. By using the Tabtouch App, she will be able to acquire additional spending power.
Persona Two
Persona two is suitable for using the Tabtouch app as well. His level of technological proficiency is lower, but it is on a high enough level to be capable of navigating the app. Being at the age of 40, the man is also in the suitable target demographic to take an interest in betting and other activities connected with competitive sports (Goh & Romainoor, 2019). The Large interface and the simple design will make the transition from computer use to mobile apps easier.
