To obtain experimental results, 300 questionnaires were distributed to two commerce offices in Beirut and Tripoli. The study consisted of two stages: collecting the data and underwent pilot testing. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences software was implemented for data analysis. In obtaining results, preliminary analysis and investigation of the relationship between determinants and variables were made. The results suggest that political perceptions partially mediated the connection between leader-member exchange and turnover intention. In addition, the article illustrated the theoretical and managerial implications of the results. Further research should include additional components such as stress, performance, and organizational citizenship.
