An organization involves a unit of people with a prearranged functional and administrative structure. It may include a club, a charity, a business, or a political association. The executive arm of the US federal administration also involves a political organization. It comprises the President, the Deputy President, independent agencies, executive departments, committees, commissions, and the cabinet. The association further creates and implements regulations and laws governing the country. Americans often engage in free and fair ballot elections when choosing the President and the Deputy President (Lash, 2019). Additionally, the executive participates in the division of roles and specialization among its members. For instance, the President serves as the head of the federal government and the supreme leader of the US military, while the cabinet associates act as advisers to the President. The goals of this arm of government include heading the nation in managerial duties, appointing federal arbiters, the cabinet and ambassadors, conferring treaties, and leading the army.
The US executive arm shares several principles as an organization. All corporations require an administrative structure to perform their operations smoothly. Similarly, the US government depends on the executive stem for effective control. In addition, business operations are often divided into roles for various employees. These roles range from the top manager, executive, and supervisory to entry-level workers. Correspondingly, the secretarial arm in America is divided into different cabinets with secretaries for effective administration. Furthermore, businesses require a prearranged structure for proper planning and decision-making. Comparably, the federal branch relies on the executive for efficient planning. These ideas influence the functioning and failure of the clerical sphere of the US government. An effectual selection and division of this secretarial arm into cabinet secretaries often lead to growth and development in the country (Lash, 2019). A president who incorporates all their cabinet and other executive members in decision-making further enjoys better control and economic progress. On the other hand, poorly selected and apportioned supervisory roles can lead to stunted monetary growth due to inappropriate governance approach in the management system hence causing underperformance in key sectors.
