Introduction: Business Management as a Concept

Managing the work of other people might seem simple, yet it is an extremely hard and responsible task. I have always been striving to become a manager and create grand-scale business plans, as well as complex coordinate projects. In many ways, my mother, who is also a business manager, shaped my personality a lot.

My Achievements in Business Management: One Step at a Time

In fact, I have some business management experience behind my back. After managing export sales for Corleone at Les Portes de Versailles, Paris, during the Who´s Next event in 2013, I felt even more enthralled with learning the specifics of business management. A part-time job as a floor manager satisfied my interest for three weeks, yet afterward, I felt even more intrigued about the way in which the business management world works.

Work Experience Placements: Learning to Be a Leader

The decision to study business management as the field where I hope to become an accomplished specialist was made for several reasons, the key one being my passion for having a responsible job that presupposes organizing work, coordinating the efforts of different departments, choosing the right time management principle and seeking new advances in communication techniques in order to attain the goals of a particular project.

I possess a number of skills and qualities that will help me evolve into a good leader and discover new approaches in business management. To start with, I speak four languages, i.e., English, French, Arabic, and Spanish. Moreover, having been to Spain, United Kingdom, Lebanon, Egypt, UAE, Mauritius, and Guadeloupe, I have learned much about the cultures of these places and, therefore, will be able to use my knowledge in coordinating the work of and solving conflicts between representatives of these nationalities.

In addition, I have also been to England and stayed in Reach Cambridge Camp, learning more about British culture and management specifics. Another notable experience of mine, volunteer work in War Child Netherlands, was also an exciting and very useful experience. Considered as “highly motivated and keen to learn” by the Lebanon representative of the organization, I made my contribution to caring for the children of war.

Relevant Activities at School: The Time to Train Skills Has Come

Apart from my experience as a part-time business manager, I have also been very successful in my studies. At present, I am the top student in my class and considered a very industrious, smart, and enthusiastic student. I find Mathematics, Economics, History, and Geography the most interesting, since the former two train my ability to think logically and analytically, while the latter two allow me to relate the knowledge acquired from Mathematics and Economics to demographic, cultural, gender-related, and many other factors. Because of my academic progress, I have been chosen to organize major school events and represent the school.

My Interests Outside of School: When Having Fun Can Turn out Useful

Starting dancing classes at the age of three and taking up horseback riding when I was six, I continued looking for new hobbies even when I started going to school and when the learning process began to seem quite complex and, to be honest, rather difficult. After joining CHL (Club Hippique Libanais), I took part in a number of activities organized by the Club; even now that I have considerably less time for fun, with all the effort put into studying, in my leisure time, I still go swimming or skiing, depending on the season.

Conclusion: My Goal of Attending the University

I have chosen business management because I consider myself mature and responsible enough to become a good leader. With my experience and passion, I will be able to reinvent the business world. I feel that I am capable of making a difference in the present-day financial world, and getting a degree in Business Management will help me implement my goals.
