Minimum Requirements
The candidate must attain the following minimum requirements. An applicant for this position must have a university degree in information technology science. He or she must have at least five years experience in managing information technology systems. The candidate must also have an in depth knowledge about computer programming, systems analysis and database administration. Additionally, he or she should be conversant with the principles used in the design, maintenance and installation of different information technology equipment and services.

The candidate must have the ability to communicate clearly, understand customers’ needs and work effectively with other employees. He or she must also be able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
