One of the common characteristics that appear in many texts is that of entrepreneurs as innovative and creative individuals. Despite many texts describing entrepreneurs as innovative and creative individuals, there are few research studies on the contribution of innovation and creativity to the growth and success of entrepreneurial enterprises. The research study will seek to bridge the gap by looking at how innovation and creativity have contributed to MCR success.
Aim and Objectives
The research study will aim to understand the role of innovation and creativity in entrepreneurship. The main objective will be subdivided into the following specific objective:
- To review innovation and creativity at Melbourne Coffee Review
- To understand the contribution of innovation and creativity at Melbourne Coffee Review
- To make recommendations concerning innovation and creativity in entrepreneurship
Methodology
Various research methods will be used to achieve the listed specific objectives. A review of the literature will be conducted. This will enable the background of Melbourne Coffee Review and innovation in the company to be understood. The literature review will target all available materials but especially internet sources.
Structured questionnaires will be used for data collection. Two types of questionnaires, one targeting Melbourne employees and the other targeting consumers, will be used. Participants will be chosen using a systematic method. Questionnaires will be availed by electronic mail, mail, and physical delivery. After being filled the questionnaires will be returned and be analyzed using quantitative methods.
