Apart from that, the introduction of breakthrough products is also impossible without fortitude (Panda, 2009). In fact, many people do not want to take any actions that contradict popular expectations (Panda, 2009). In turn, the passage under analysis shows that such an approach is not permissible for successful professionals. Therefore, one can say that the ideas expressed in the Bible can help people working as marketing managers.

Apart from that, the work of marketing managers is impossible without the ability to overcome failures and challenges. For instance, the businesses in which these professionals are employee can pass through periods when the demand for products and services declines.

Under such circumstances, marketing managers have to make sure their businesses can become more sustainable. Therefore, it is important for a person not to be discouraged if his/her initiatives do not bring immediate success. By following the principles expressed in this verse, marketing managers as well as leaders can greatly assist a person in achieving various goals.

Certainly, some people, who work as marketing professionals, may not necessarily have strong religious beliefs. Some of them may not be familiar with the versed discussed in this paper. However, successful managers inevitably attach importance to such things as courage, confidence, and the belief that hardships can be overcome provided that a person takes much effort (Chandrasekar, 2010). To some degree, these attitudes are a part of their work ethics.

On the whole, this discussion indicates that the ethical commandments postulated in the Bible remain relevant nowadays. These principles can be applied to various activities such as marketing management. In particular, one can see that fortitude and strength of mind help people take innovative decisions and overcome challenges. Moreover, these ideas can be applicable to the entire field of entrepreneurship. These attitudes can assist these people in coping with difficult tasks.
