Effectual teamwork is an additional indispensable leadership feature in the contemporary arena of leadership skills. These skills involve shouldering responsibility, real time decision-making, achieving set goals and recognizing strong and weak aspects of team working. It is an easily recognized verity that most individuals in leadership roles in an organization have exceptional problem solving expertises that have matured with experience. Kava is an island country and to make a good post office the company has to depend on many aspects. The main problem in Kava for an American is both the condition of the place is not exactly where the Americans are generally used to live and then there are language problems (Vaagaasar, 2009).

Again, there will be problems for transports as the island suffers for storms and other natural disasters often. The company has to make a thorough plan. They have to set up a very efficient transport system or a transport channel that will help them to connect the island with the rest of the World. And this step includes electronic connections too. Setting up telephones and other computer based technologies like the internet and the fax can immensely help the people of Kava to communicate with the outside World. The company also can try to employ some local people in the office, and this will be good in two aspects. The first is that the public relations of the company will get a different direction as long as they employ some local people. Some times the foreigners have difficulty to understand what exactly the need of the customer and this problem will be solved in an efficient way (Vaagaasar, 2009).

Every company has a certain target audience in their mind and they always try to retain the audience. They are the most valuable part of the company. And in the case of the beef industry, it has also a big export value. So the companies have to keep a look on the countries they are exporting the products. Let us discuss the kind of customers for the companies.

Domestic – Generally, if the company is based in a developed nation than the domestic customers become the main customers of the company. Nevertheless, the thing is changed in the course of the companies based on the developing countries. They generally base their products based on the needs of their foreign clients and the upper middle class and the high-class society of the country.

International: On the other hand, the situation changes for the international clients. As discussed in the previous paragraph, the priorities change in the case of developing and developed countries (Ren, 2008).

The fundamental principle underlying each business venture is to generate value for all stakeholders. The rationale underlying the design and implementation of a risk management framework is to provide the administration with a means to cope with the randomness linked with the risks and opportunities. Project managers identify, analyze and determine the risks and uncertainties associated with a certain business venture and provide a detailed report to the top management of the company. An integrated risk management framework can prove to be a powerful management instrument which extremely valuable abilities (Ren, 2008).

The fundamental data collecting instrument was a carefully designed open questionnaire which was meticulously designed to procure the views of the respondents about an environmentally conscious sustainable management strategy and thereby analysing the role of a project manager in the process of environmental risk management. Thus, crisis management and risk management is the identification and assessment of risks that can be happen in any endeavor and successful risk management means only to minimize these factors. The companies along with crisis management must consider risk management as an integral part of their body. With correct crisis management measures and innovative public relations strategies, one can minimize the risk opportunities of an organization. This will only contribute to the development of the company (Koskinen, 2009).

Conclusion

In the first place they will be assured that the company is believable enough and they can trust the company with their possessions. And secondly, the market of the company in the South of Pacific might open with the small step. The market is a huge market and it will only bring the company good fortune.
