New leadership skills and management techniques in the business world are therefore inevitable. The leader must be valuable and have unique skills that are not easily to imitate or which lacks a perfect substitution. Most past leaders such as Winston Churchill and Ronald Regan are good examples in support of the notion that successful leaders acquire unique motivational and empowering traits as the main leadership attributes.
