Introduction
Our life lies in the process of our personal development that never stops and stimulates us to advance. People always try to analyze some of their actions made in the past or think over their future steps: what to do and what result is expected… Our moral makeup perceives the surrounding world and people differently, so everyone tries to move in his own direction and to do what he considers to be right. There are some situations that make us feel inconvenient even if they have already passed. But we cannot stop thinking about consequences analyzing them thoroughly. This process analysis is a part of our inner development. Each of us confronted an unfair attitude and misunderstanding on the part of others in a process analysis as a pattern of development, for example, a friend who forgets to repay loans or a teacher who grades unfairly. This can be explained by different factors.

The process for confronting an unfair treatment leaves a mark on our development in the process analysis. Injustice towards our personality can be perceived differently especially after analyzing it. Every person sees the situation in his own way and a teacher, who is considered by him to be unfair, does not deserve such an unjust accusation. It teaches us to make some conclusions of this or that situation and thus develops inside us new qualities which would never allow us to repeat them in future. Every day people can face unfair attitudes on the part of their friends or colleagues, who, for example, could offense you by rude actions or behavior. Such attitude stimulates us for thinking and coming to conclusions. We begin to understand the inner state of an offended person and it helps to avoid this state in future.
A teacher who grades unfairly cannot be understood by an offended student though this teacher does not realize what his fault is. But such cases of unjust treatment towards a student in a process analysis become a part of our development, because it creates some inner negative prints. I for one believe that a process for confronting adjustment in our life would definitely be an integral part of our development and only by personal efforts one can overcome it. Analysis inside our mind can help to understand a lot and by this develop new skills and opportunities. It is necessary to deep into the problem for you to widen your own worldview, to become more resistant and be ready for any difficulties. Some conclusions made in one’s mind are the keys to success in future because they would help to establish rapport in any situation.
Speaking about our young generation one can say that the youth face difficulties every day but maybe due to this fact they can learn a lot from their experience. One should analyze not only his actions and behavior but also try to catch the flow of thoughts of those people who surround him. Inner development is a kind of goal of every person and this goal should be reached compulsory by all means. When one faces an unfair behavior, for example, on the part of his friend who forgets to repay loans he should not take it close to his heart in the process analysis. You cannot change it because it does not depend on you, but what you should not do is to make a conflict because it can lead to serious consequences.

To conclude all the mentioned above I can say that process analysis is really a pattern of development which helps us to understand mistakes and misbehavior of other people towards our personality. The process of the development never stops but what direction it is aimed at is only your choice; you are to choose your fate, because all our life depends only on us and on the fact how we understand it. So, one should make more analysis to develop your personality. Only understanding of this fact will bring really promising results in life and help to reach the entire goals one wants to.
