The piece of text discussing the principle is small, but it works to provide the necessary information and builds on the relationship between the brand and its consumers. The text directly refers to the clients and places their satisfaction as the center of discussion. Furthermore, it also provides reasonable conditions for repairing any piece of clothing produced by Patagonia.
