The ability to take ownership for love is a feature of a psychologically mature and healthy person. It is not a guarantee of absolute wisdom but a trait of a person who leads a conscious lifestyle and strives for productive and effective relationships with others. People show love differently, but each way comes with the need to take responsibility for their words and actions. Romantic relationships, unlike friendships, are based on physical and psychological dependence, so irresponsibility can quickly destroy them, causing injury to the participants.

Demonstrating responsibility for love is the key to developing positive relationships, and if a partner shows this initially, then the other person feels safe. Peace of mind and mental health is associated with a sense of security, as constant irritability, anxiety, and nervousness destroy the psyche. In the first stages of a relationship, it is essential to show responsibility by organizing recognition. It is important to explain to the person one’s feelings, and if they turned out to be mutual and led to a surprise, possibly, explain why they were hiding. Here, an essential existential question of understanding opens up before the partners. With the help of words, first of all, people can quickly achieve performance by explaining their motivations, expectations, and emotions (Christy, 2018) It must be remembered that no matter how strong sympathy may seem, it does not make people part of their loved ones. People still face other, in some way alien personalities who think differently, so it is essential to share their feelings and thoughts through speech.

Therefore, responsibility for love is associated with responsibility for one’s actions and words. It is not a complete knowledge of another person but a sincere attempt to improve understanding. Such people do not pretend to solve problems and are not afraid to admit their mistakes and guilt for the wrong done, accidentally or on purpose. Usually, such people are willing to go through many troubles with their partner as they realize they improve mutual trust.
