The redrawing of Miami’s school boundaries would profoundly influence the students, and the school stakeholders in general. Information has it that, the process shall entail the incorporation of other neighboring schools (Meligrana, 2005). For instance, there will be the integration of a high school by the year 2013. Thereafter, other high schools shall be slipped in to offer grade 9 through 12. The key idea behind this process is to reduce the current myriad transitions encountered by the students. The resulting effect of the process would entail the diminishing of the students’ overcrowding and transfer of the current district space. This would enhance equal share of district’s space by the schools.

Therefore, the redrawing procedure would facilitate an improvement in the students’ performance. This implies that, the marginalized students would enjoy the positive impacts of the reforms. Concisely, the parents among the stakeholders of the school have developed their concerns on the new reforms (Frankberg, 2011). In addition to the above, the management, the residents of the school and the surrounding community belong to the stake holding family. Moreover, the vendors are stakeholders, but at the secondary level. In my plan, I will endeavor to analyze the claims of the parents thus instituting a plan that would solve worries about the new reforms at Miami school.

The stakeholders have for instance, revealed their concern on the impact of the reforms to the value of education. Parents have for instance argued that, this will lead to overcapacity of the students and consequently the ratio of the educator to the student will rise. This for instant will lower the quality of services given by the teacher to students (Meligrana, 2005). Due to the high student population, the teacher would not be in a position to meet the student’s needs. The parents have also argued that, there would be the problem of insufficient facilities and learning materials. Thus, the quality of education acquired would be squat. The plan, would address the problem by assuring ample, as well as, competent personnel, adequate facilities, and learning materials. The government would also increase its budgetary allocation to the education sector, therefore, acquisition of satisfactory resources. Significantly, the teacher to student proportion would remain at tolerable heights. Students would also enjoy adequate resources and learning materials. Thus, there would be a guarantee of eminence services, as well as, products.

The parents have lamented about the travel time to be spent by the students. The parents have reasoned that, students voyaging from extreme distance are feasible to be late for classes. In addition, majority of them may fail to concentrate in classes because of their long journey (Frankberg, 2011). In reciprocation, my plan would address the problem by offering housing to those travelling from remote distances. Besides, I would supply sufficient travelling services to satisfactory contain the students’ travel requirements. The plan would guarantee easy access of the transport services, as well as, guaranteeing their affordability. Importantly, the distant students would attend their classes without interruption from the travelling challenge. Furthermore, a huge percentage of elite would emerge because of integration of the schools. Consequently, the country at general would benefit from new advancements and discoveries from the students’ research actions.

The parents claim that the integration of the school would result to the profound impact on their economic, as well as, cultural aspects. On the economic side, added expenses on accommodation and travelling would be a burden to the parent as they gratify for their children education. This may lead some students’ to plummet out of school (Meligrana, 2005). On the cultural side, parents have argued that, students from different cultures will interact and this may lead to erosion of their background cultures. Copying of other ruined cultures may result since most times students face peer pressure from their associates. Parents also claim that those who cannot fit in the culture of their acquaintances may feel secluded, and this would profoundly affect their academic merit.

In my plan, I would address the problem by guaranteeing little or no negative implications of the reforms on the economic aspect. This would be enhanced by the government subsidies and involvement of non- governmental institutions that would offer donations to sponsor the reforms. On the cultural aspect, my plan would exploit measures that would curb the creeping of strange cultures. There would be also the establishment of a special unity to address the needs of the diverse cultures (Meligrana, 2005). Consequently, the students from different cultures would feel accommodated hence; their interaction would be free from dissatisfactions.

The fourth claim of the parents entails the affect on property values. I would address this by guiding the parents to understand that they will be required to pay very little in addition to previous payments. The other stakeholders such as the government and other non-governmental sponsors will cater for most of the added payments (Frankbreg, 2011). I would also enlighten them that by the positive interaction with other students from different fields, they would become enlightened thus would be like earning in their future. Moreover, I would advise the parents that children’s education is an investment, which does not affect the chattels.

The final allegation of the parents is on the social life of the students. Most of them assert that their students require parental care and would always prefer to be close to them. Parents also contend that when their children are encountered by special needs they might be afraid to inform the teacher since they are not their real parents (Frankberg, 2011).In my plan, I would advise them to admit that teachers can also undertake the same job of guiding the students socially as they can do. I would also remember the parents to encourage their students to be free to approach their teachers on any issue that might be affecting their life socially.

Concisely, it is rather imperative to institute a suitable strategy that would serve to implement the new reforms. In addition, I would employ an appropriate as well as comprehensive policy in order to accommodate all the stakeholders. The strategy devised in this case entails incorporating the stakeholders in decision-making. In addition, there should be the formation of a commission of specialists that would tabulate tits report to the relevant authorities (Meligrana, 2005). The plan should consider their views, as well as wishes in order to realize a promising strategy. Accordingly, the new reforms would yield fruitful results thus the success of the redrawing of the boundaries.

The decisions above profoundly, would be impacted by the people’s ethics and culture. In culture, those students strongly attached to their culture would require long duration before they adopt the new cultures. Therefore, it would be a challenge to transform them into new living systems. Consequently, educators would find it complex to enact strategies that would amicably solve this chaotic condition. The conduct of some students would be affected as the students copy rude behaviors from their acquaintances. Others may fail to accept their parental ethics and therefore despite the orientation of the new ethics the students would find it difficult in transforming from their mother cultures.
