Healthy eating is becoming more popular in the modern world, and people prefer switching to specific diets to support their bodies and lead active lives. The Paleo diet website provides people with relevant information regarding the connection of healthy eating with science (The Paleo Diet, n.d). For example, people following the Paleo diet should not consume dairy products because it is scientifically proven that milk products cause allergies and autoimmune diseases (The Paleo Diet, n.d). The Paleo system ensures people that it is important to eat meat because it gives the right amount of protein used in the scientific process inside the human body.
Many people these days are following the Paleo diet, and positive trends have already been mentioned. Warinner in the TEDx Talks (2013) has explained the fact that people are being skeptical about the consumption of meat and showed how accurate the assertion regarding the influence of dairy on humans is. However, some people living in a distant location like the Arctic found meat as one of the main sources of survival. Moreover, humans always receive the required amount of nutrition while eating meat. Agricultural products are not always nutritious even though they are usually taken from animals or grown on farms (TEDx Talks, 2013). When people consume milk, they might not be able to recognize that they are consuming food, which is not good for their health.
This type of diet stays appealing to many individuals because it does not restrict consumption of the ordinary products which people eat every day, like meat and vegetables. Moreover, this type of diet explains the importance and harm of specific products from a scientific point of view. There are already some positive results of health and body improvement from the real examples. The level of trust in professionals working with this diet increases, and the Paleo diet is becoming popular in different countries.
