SWOT analysis is a term behind its acronym for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. This is a special framework in which the prospects and capabilities of a separate company, corporation or office that conducts any business are evaluated. Company management is always associated with risks, and this analysis is aimed at the ability to identify strengths and weaknesses and understand what to do with them (Kenton, 2022). It turned out to be a really interesting and experimental task to apply such a framework to my own personality.
In my opinion, stress resistance is my main strength, because I am able to be in the learning process for a long time experiencing direct interest. However, even if I lose interest or energy to continue studying, I still find a way to force myself to continue working. My weakness is my inability to strategically plan and organize the schedule of my actions. I’m really quite assiduous, but I often spend a lot of extra time on the chaotic execution of actions that I should have done in a certain order to make it easier for me.
From these weaknesses and strengths come my opportunities and threats. My perseverance and resilience can help me master the college curriculum so that I can later apply the same skill to successful individual jobs. However, the irrationality of my organization of time and schedule is a big threat that I will begin to lose control over my studies, which may affect my future career and its trajectory. Thus, SWOT analysis can really be applied to a person as to some performative self-organizing system that seeks to realize itself in the most positive way and strives to realize its strengths and shortcomings, then placing them in the context of reality.
