Security and stability of the environment have been at a constant increase, as the government is becoming more tolerant and has been implementing policies that help for businesses to be successful. An example would be the taxation system and allowance for specific “zones” where ownership and operation is fully given to the owner of the land. More specifically, the zone act of 1997 called HUBZone Empowerment Act brought about the needed changes for the small businesses.
The interdependent relationship between the government and businesses leads to changes in economy and market. Economic stability is largely linked to the governmental institutions, in connection with the society and public demands. A business setting or functions of an organization involve an intricate cooperation between the government, society and the company, moving the economy in cities and pre-setting future governmental actions. Many aspects depend on how the market views the businesses with the linkage to the government and how it is being treated in the economic setting. One of the key aspects of any business is to be able to interest the government, public or society in the products or services that are being offered to people and organizations (Gopal, 2009).
The government has to understand and adjust to the relationship between the cities and their industrial capabilities which will ensure a more stable environment for economic growth. Some places have better economies with governments giving support and being one of the major clients which is especially true regarding smaller businesses. The programs and educational sessions will create a better chance for the involvement of people in small business. One example is the SmartPay, as it is a supportive program which allows for a much easier, quicker and more efficient electronic payments. Also, it lets the small business owners to acquire governmental sales and propositions which are more stable and reliable.
More people are opening small businesses, and are thus becoming the most important aspect in the changing economy. Because the government understands this fact, it is trying to create better conditions and economic development within the different regions. The policies that are being made directly affect the organizations, either giving them room to act or limiting the future possibilities. This makes the environment of the market adjustable from a distant point of view. If there is a need for certain area to have an increase or decrease in some organizations or fields of activity, the engagement of civic policies and governmental regulations will direct the course for the future development. Many governmental, as well as private institutions have found a way to cooperate and partner up, to increase profits and span of business (Jennings, 2010).
Through the Act of 1997 the government has created an easy system where everyone registers in the same place. As each organization that agrees to certain conditions must input capital and other resources, there is the benefit of a significant increase in the finances and the ability of organizations to develop. Very many businesses that are smaller have a better chance at succeeding by uniting with another one and the government promotes that by offering electronic SmartPay and tax benefits. The strength and support of the government are much welcome by small businesses all over, as the provided guarantees and routes lead to success and development. Overall, the government has done a great job aiding businesses in need.
