Introduction
Changes can be a significant shock for any organization, regardless of its level of training. This is because this aspect directly depends on the reaction of the human resource. Thus, leaders must resort to various measures and initiatives that will allow the change to be carried out most smoothly and effectively. Based on my experience, the most significant benefit of implementing transformations in the company was creating a training environment based on disseminating a clear vision. However, the main problem was the lack of communication between different levels of the organization.
Main Body
When implementing changes, it is critically important to provide employees with an understanding and justification of why these measures are necessary. This is also due to the need to spread awareness about the subsequent results of transformations (Cameron & Green, 2019). This was particularly effective by holding meetings and distributing information between employees. However, the main issue was the need for more communication channels between different levels of employees. Because of this, there was a disparity in staff awareness and lack of motivation, resulting from a low degree of adaptation among some employees.
The recommendations establish this aspect and consider the leaders’ strategy construction in this case. This includes setting clear goals and milestones, measuring progress, and adjusting as needed. These measures should consist of the conviction of a high level of awareness among the team and the establishment of productive contact and communication between employees at both high and lower levels.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the changes have a massive advantage for the company but entail several aspects that must be considered when implementing them. Among them are defining clear goals, building communication among staff, and determining the strategy for future actions. If these criteria are met, the organization can survive the changes most efficiently, increase motivation, and avoid problems that can aggravate the complex change process.
