Introduction

Suburbs started during the Roman Empire time. In the Roman Empire it was only the poor individuals that used to live in the suburbs. The wealthy people lived in the city. At the present time, this has actually changed, there are suburbs in the Roman Empire that are rich and wealthy people live here. Sub means under and urbs means city. The suburbs in Australia are in and outside the boundary of the city. Suburbs in Australia are geological places or zones that use dissimilar names and postal addresses so that they can be located well. Each of these suburbs is ruled by a different local council (Finkelstein & Goodwin, 2005).

Discussion

They elect their councils differently. One council rules over one suburb zone. These suburbs are also distinguished by the use of their social classes. There are suburbs that belong to high class people, others belong to low class people and other to the middle class. Any person can easily distinguish the suburbs that are healthy and those that are poor. Australia being a very large and wide area that cannot be lived comfortably by a human being, suburb became important as these are places where individuals could live and are near to the city centre where the majority of the population gets their employment. It can also contain all the social classes of people as they are of different category. However, the majority of the population lives in the middle class areas (Ahmed, 2000).

The settings of the suburbs that are used in Australia have not been altered, although they were established approximately twenty decades ago. The richness and the social class of the people living in the suburbs have change but the structure has never changed. The structures that were liked by the people living in those areas are still appreciated by the current population. The stability of the politics of the country has given the people living there an ample time in doing the business. It has also increase the number of tourist visiting the country. Hence, the general rise in the country’s economy. They can see pictures interact face to face with someone through video conferencing.

Due to the world market in globalization, the prices of commodities like the wheat and wool are controlled by the words market. The people living there do not have great influence the prizes of the good and products they produce. This has been a great advantage to the people living in the suburb region as they will not be sold the produce at a very high price (Clifford, 1997).

The literacy level of the people living in the suburb regions in Australia has also changed. There is an improvement of the literacy of the people. Most individuals have done the formal education this is because of the availability of schools and also the rise in the living standards of the people. Most parents are educated thus their children will definitely go to school. The technological improvement has also influenced the literacy level of the people living in the region.

There is too much conflict in Sri Lanka in the past two decades. The security issue in the Afghanistan country has also raised some concern which includes the Afghanistan Hazaras. The security with the Taliban has also raised some concern in the Australian government (Massey, 1994).

The Taliban’s drop, durable security in parts of the country, and the constitutional and the legal reforms The UNHCR is looking at the country’s situation in all these countries and associated with procedure for refugee condition purpose. With these developments, the Government of Australia may have suspended the processing of the new asylum.
