This will in turn degenerate into poor service delivery, out-of-date services to customers and overall lack of innovative products and services by the Company (Ignacio, 2008). With this in mind, the company won’t be able to sense and respond to the current trends in the market.

Inferior services

Limited financial resources have a domino effect meaning that there will be little set aside for research purposes. Failure by the company to conduct adequate research means that there will be little in terms of improvement on the current products and services that are currently offered to the customers.

As a rule of thumb any successful Company must continuously undertake research and invest more into technology in order to come up with services that will give it a competitive edge over the rest of the competitors; when this is not done the effect is apparent (Suarez, 2008). For the company to stay afloat, it needs to come up with new services that will attract new customers and retain the current ones because of the variety of products.
