The presented human service organization will focus on counseling services for young people and providing the necessary support for their rights. In particular, one of the services under consideration will focus on teaching the younger generation life skills and successful social integration. Another service will be the protection and promotion of the broad constitutional rights of young people in the workplace, as well as the advancement of their interests in the working environment.
Child and Youth Services, acting under code 624110 in the NAICS classification, are designed to provide social assistance to children and youth, stimulating their further positive development (United State Census Bureau, n.d.). The service’s main benefit is that the programs create and implement opportunities for adolescents and young adults to overcome social obstacles. Young people who are at risk or growing up in a toxic home environment receive practical advice on integration into society, which significantly facilitates social interactions. The service will also contribute to unlocking the potential of young people through prevention and early intervention programs, which in the future will give hope for correcting the mistakes of youth and choosing a safe path.
The second youth assistance service will focus on helping to gain the most positive first experience as an employee. Youth guidance organizations will aid potential clients in finding their first job and defending their rights in front of higher management. The main benefit will be that young adults can protect themselves as much as possible from mistakes made due to inexperience and the possibility of fraud on the employer’s part. Moreover, young people will receive theoretical knowledge before entering the workplace, which will expand their understanding of the working environment, reduce risks and provide psychological courage.
