Introduction
Mala in Se is an act that is immoral and contrary to the ethical standards and laws of the state. The documentary tells the story of one of the most notorious serial killers, Charles Manson, whose actions fall into this category (Real Stories, 2019).
Discussion
What the criminal did was unacceptable both from the point of view of the law and from the point of view of morality. One of the most high-profile and horrific murders committed by a maniac and his group was the murder of 5 people in the house of director Roman Polanski (Real Stories, 2019). In fact, Manson himself did not kill people, for him, his gang members committed all the terrible crimes. However, this cannot relieve him of responsibility, and Mala in Se approaches this crime since it is illegal and immoral to force people to kill. Mala Prohibita differs in essence from the first concept by one clarification. In this case, the wording denotes a criminal act that is not always immoral but is prohibited by law. Such crimes are challenging to identify in the activities of the serial killer Charles Manson since everything he did was immoral. He created a cult of people he somehow subdued to his will and forced him to do terrible things to others (Real Stories, 2019). At the same time, he did not kill himself, which is unknown for what reason.
Conclusion
Even though his people did it himself, he was not involved in this, and the organization of a particular group of people is not in itself an immoral act but is prohibited in some places (Real Stories, 2019). However, given these people’s deeds under Manson’s command, it was not ethical and illegal.
