The modern world is full of conflicts, moreover, people became crueler and their actions in most cases are described as violent for the only reason – anger. There are a lot of countries that have a common history, similar events, and political ideas, and the history of conflicts and crimes in these regions will also be similar. Taking the example of such countries as Africa, Asia, and Latin America it is easy to identify the parallel between crime and conflicts in these countries.

The level of crimes and conflicts in any country are influenced by the same drivers, which may be different in some details, but commonly they are global. The economical situation in the country is one of the main factors, which drive the appearance of conflicts in the country. The low police quality, the low educational level of the population, and social problems in the country are the results of poverty in the country. So, poverty is the main driver of crime.

Internationally organized crimes are the most dangerous for the whole mankind types of crimes, the level of their criminality is high. The conflict between citizens of Africa, Asia, and Latin America and the government in the questions of the current political situation leads to more and more crimes appearing, as the government seems unable to control the criminal situation in the country.

“Trafficking in persons is a highly complex phenomenon which includes recruitment, movement, and exploitation” (Burnell & Randall, 2008, p. 383), moreover, the track is a much-broadened type of crime in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. There are a lot of types of trafficking, such as forced children labor (spread in Asia), selling of organs (spread in Latin America and Asia), or sex trafficking, which is expanded in all regions (Africa, Asia, and Latin America). Narcotic trafficking is the other problem that appears in all mentioned countries (Burnell & Randall, 2008).

The other problems (conflicts) which appear similarly in discussed countries, and become the reasons for the crime raise are corruption and fraud (United Nations Human Settlements Programme, 2004). Corruption is one of the main reasons for the increased rate of weapon possession of people, as when the person may be bribed, the necessary subject is not the problem, and the questions about the function of the subject are not asked. So, the possession rate of weapons in Asia, Latin America, and Africa have increased, but no strong and powerful institution could prevent all crimes in society.

Africa, Asia, and Latin America are considered to be poor countries, the urban citizens are not numerous, and the biggest part of the population is rural. The poverty of people pushes them to commit different crimes. The movements to globalization and urbanization take place the whole world, but the discussed countries continue to stay on the same level of development, because of the political, economical, and social problems, which exist in society for a long time (Moyo & Yeros, 2005).

In conclusion, Asia, Africa, and Latin America are the regions where people live in very poor conditions, which in combination with wrong political, economical, and social activities bring the region’s society in the condition of constant crimes. The security programs are not established (because of lack of financing), and the crime rate continues to rise from year to year, even though there are positive economic dynamics is seen.
