The state requires a presidential system of government. The president must be the head of state and the head of government. In the presidential system, the president has powers to execute presidential duties. The presidential duties involve the government/executive decrees and state affairs of the state. The president is elected by the people and after a political parties vetting process. The people must have a right to elect their representatives to parliament (Paulson 175).

The Parliament should pass the laws of governing the land, pass bills, and the president shall append his or her signature for approval of the same. The presidential system can work in Cillrovia because the state has one dominant tribe and, therefore, there would be no much of political wrangling.

The smaller tribes; the Harish, the Maknilistani and the Roma can seek representation through their parliamentary representatives. The Cillrovian people need their democratic space to elect their representatives. The agents would become the members of Parliament (O’Neil and Rogowski 289).

Many people find jobs at the rural farms owned by these extremely wealthy individuals and corporations. But these jobs earn them menial incomes. The government and parliament need to work on strengthening the socialist principles to bridge the gap between the poor and the rich. Religion would play a significant role because the Christian principles also encourage socialism. The extremely wealthy people must be ready to pay good salaries to their workers and also share some of those lands with the poor folks.

The Parliamentary System in Harrizland State

The state has a tribal arithmetic that is unbalanced too. It means that the Harrish tribe is the most dominant, followed by the aggressive Cillrovian tribe. The kind of leadership required here is the one that is democratic. When a country has a greater percentage of people living in the urban, it means they are more enlightened about the current affairs. They would require a democratic system to rein in the nation.

The country is also the wealthiest of the three states. The state would work well with the Parliamentary system where the president is the head of state (Mahler 350). The presidency is ceremonial. It will allow the dominant tribes to share power and have the representation that is widely acceptable. The combination of the two systems would allow the people to channel their concerns to the leadership and expect them to deal with them.

The wealthy northern and western citizens are asking for more vigilance. The parliamentary representation would enable them to have their request met in a democratic way. The government can work on a formula that would enable the equal distribution of wealth and resources to the poor regions of the state.

The government should also use its available resources to prevent any uprising that could politically destabilize the nation. The sharing of resources should be well managed in such a way that the Cillrovians and other minority tribes feel they have a say in the democratic process. The heavy industrial production and growing finance sector is the advantage the state has over the other states. It would be helpful if the government allocates employment opportunities depending on the ethnic balancing.

The nation would still be divided into semi-autonomous provinces to ensure distribution of wealth. The units could be federal governments that allow local citizens to have a say in their government (Burnscott 320).

The state would become stable and promote the peaceful coexistence of all tribes. The parliamentary system would ensure that the minority have a say in the management of their resources. The Parliamentary system would work better than the presidential system since the parliamentary system has more democratic space than the presidential.

The Authoritarian System Maknilistan State

The nation is economically impoverished. It turned out to be the smallest and weakest of the three states. Due to this, the Cillrovian tribe is seeking to reunify with the Cillrovia nation that is just neighboring them.

The combination of problems facing this country makes it require a strong leadership at the helm. The Authoritarian kind of a leader would suit well in such a state. The Authoritarian systems do not allow citizens to voice their concerns. There is no freedom of speech or choice. The authority decides what the people can have (Clark, Golder and Golder 289).

It would help to consolidate the nation together as a unified state. The state would manage all resources on behalf of the citizens and strengthen state resources.

The coal and mineral resources would all come under the state control. It would stop the disintegrating voices from participating in any act that would undermine the government. The Authoritarian leadership can then work on a formula that allows the distribution of wealth to ensure all regions benefit from the state and government resources. It would ensure that the mining resources are beneficial to the entire nation. It would also ensure that the tribes learn to live together and not have tribal arrangements.
